You can use torrent flux on a VPS or dedicated server to download and seed torrents ...so everything is done on the server not on your PC !

Install:
If you have PHP version under 5.2.0 you can modify this to your version in
install/template/checkPHP.html
1. CHMOD 777 folders
/cache and
/downloads
2. Make a database then open and modify
/config.php so it can connect to the database
3. Run
yoursite.com/install.php
