Hello guys and sorry for bothering you again with my dumb questions... I'm trying to recover my password on U232-V3. I'm entering my email address, then I click on the symbol, then I'm entering my secret answer, clicking Next, and after I'm filling those fields with my new password and clicking "Change it!", I'm getting this error:
