Right click the XAMPP folder and press search and search for php.ini
Search the php.ini file for:
;ioncube_loader_win_5.4.dll and delete the
; in front of it
if you can`t find that edit your php.ini file and add:
zend_extension_ts = c:/XAMPP/httpdocs/iocube/ioncube_loader_win_5.4.dll
