If you want a private site go for either u232 or pu239 or even the old tbdev and construct it how you like it and for your needs
If you dont have the knowledge for this you should find someone who has the time if the project is serious enough
Fair enough some codes around here are old and will need to get updated to work properly
But you could also try gazelle or something forked from it for a more music based site
