tbdev is a virgin source.. if you dont know PHP, MySQL and HTML dont bother trying to use it. If you are eager to learn and you dont want a torrent site asap its a great source to help you learn .. there is a massive database of pre-coded addons for tbdev on their official forum but even for those you really need basic coding knowledge.
if none of that applies to you then go with a premodded source
