we had someone helping us sort our site out it is up and running but has a few problems that we could do with some help with the person helping us doesnt answer any of our messages any more

we are running the TBDev U-232 V3

1/some members after confirming there email still stay as pending even if we try to delete them it wont let us
2/the is no pm button in members profiles so we cant really send pm's unless there is shout
3/Uploader Applications is in staff panel but nowhere on the site
there is afew more problems but they seem to be the main one's
the owner and myself have very limited coding experience the site was'nt ment to be running yet till we got to know it better but another site shut and quite a a lot wanted to come over to ours
any help would be greatly appreciated
