I am looking for a stable VPS server to a Bittorrent tracker,
and i am not sure how much memory and cou cores i should choose to
get a prober VPS server to my Bittorrent tracker.
How less memory is needed,
and how many cores is optimal?
do you know a good and stable host that ignores DMCA?
