Default Help please . error when change the user group
i used TSSE 5.6
but when changing user to administrator or moderator it give me :

We come to believe you are using a fake account, therefore we've logged this action!



can help please ??????

another thing ,
i need to customize the ADVERTISING box , need to change color of background to fit my theme ,
any idea for witch php file i can modify
