I don't think it's possible to give/take individuells invites without having to edit in phpmyadmin.
As far as I can tell, the users must trade their bonuses for 3 invites or possibly more.
You on the other hand as the sysop/admin must make sure to enable invites in settings so that people can use their invite code when they register.
