You could use free of charge if you using for a server your local computer;)
you need two programs
SHOUTcast DSP Plug-In for Winamp
SHOUTcast DNAS 2.0
and off course Winamp:)
if you want more (autodj you need sc_trans) and you have to pay for the encoder;)
