1. Go to staff panel
2. click "Add New Staff Tool"
3. In "Tool Name" field put in "manage_poll"
4. Then in "Description" field put in "Manage Tracker Poll"
5. Click "save this tool"

Now you can add/edit polls in settings panel under "manage_poll"
