I Download
[TBDev]Orange Carbon Simple extract the files,
orange_carbon.css
this put in to the root folder where is tbdev installed, then the folder [b]pic[/] put as well in to the root .
then go your phpMyAdmin end your database name for tbdev end run this Code:

INSERT INTO stylesheets VALUES (3, 'orange_carbon.css', 'orange_carbon');
go to Profile > select Stylesheet orange_carbon click OK
