ok this is my idea
a file named adds.php here is te cpanel of the advertisers(only for staff) no request from the users only staff can add those adds
a database adds there is
id, name, website, mail, banner
a script that will random the banners and you will put it in details.php like the screenshot from first topic and when you acces the page now it shows google.com banner and link after some time it will show youtube.com banner and link
