to be honest the themes are so easy to make, ima noob at css myself but i got to grips with it, all i did was host it and change things bit by bit after about 10 hiccups i got my desired theme

if you don't try to learn html and css then what the heck doing running a site?
look @ Action, he doesn't know much about css but still tries so if you don't try then you will never learn also we're not that free to do your work, we're here to help a bit on sticky stuff but the basic ...you need to know the basic

note: I'm not even html/css/php expert I just know what I need to know to run the site and modify what i need I look at code and try to understand and figure out how to modify most of coding i know through exploring, looking at other codes and web searching for functions

here is something for you to try how about try to play with the background pics first then worry about css later
