ok, so you obviously need the whole img mod or better stil bbcode mod installing. id of thought this would have already been in.

what version are you using mate, which bbcodes have you got that do work, im just getting high atm so i can poke around at source and see if i can help at all.

rename your shoutbox directory to shoutboxx (note 2 xx) then place shoutbox attached to root. try that?

in folder shoutbox edit outputinfo.php

find
