[FIX] FTS 1.1 invalid argument when saving Payment Settings
First
SQL:

INSERT INTO `options` ( `option_name` , `option_value` ) VALUES ( 'payment_wire_details', 'Your wire transfer description goes here');
Then make the payment settigns writting into cache and conf:
open /administrator/options.php and find:

tr("Wire transfer details","<textarea name=payment_wire_details cols=85 rows=25 id=payment_wire_details>".get('payment_wire_details')."</textarea>",1); JsB::wysiwyg('payment_wire_details');
and change to

tr("Wire transfer details","<textarea name=payment_wire_details cols=85 rows=25 id=payment_wire_details>".get('payment_wire_details')."</textarea>",1); //JsB::wysiwyg('payment_wire_details');
Open /include/libs/config/misc.php and add this:

$payment_wire_details = FFactory::configoption(@dbv('payment_wire_details'),'Your wire transfer description goes here');
after this:
PHP Code:
$payment_wire_enable = FFactory::configoption(@dbv('payment_wire_enable'),'yes');
