download problem
 

i have a problem on my tracker :wallbash:
i download a .torrent , i start it with utorrent , and but the download don'y start.
i use passkey sitem
in utorrent:
[dth] - not allowed
[local peer discovery] - not allowed
[peer exchange] - not allowed

sometimes the download start but i must to wait very much
