Thank you for your answer :) but unfortunately I don't know how to create a new account in phpmyadmin and I can't edit the account that I created during installation because it is not in the database. As you can see in the screenshot above. When I register a new account, it also does not appear in the database :/

Bump: I don't know what happened but I just checked the login and I log in without problems, registration works and I also log in to newly created accounts without problems but I still don't see them in the database. Unless I'm checking the wrong tables :)

Besides, I also have a problem with adding a torrent because after adding it, it is not visible on the website and is visible only in the user's panel. How to solve it?

You are probably looking at the xbt_users table...when you should look at the xbtit_users.
