Invite Problem : Users with name by numbers

Does anyone know why users who register with the invite system their names are formed by numbers?

THAT IS NORMAL UNTIL THE USER CONFIRM THE ACCOUNT WITH A DESIRED USERNAME THATS WHEN IT CHANGES TO NORMAL USERNAME
