install problem
 

After installation open a blanc page with this:
SELECT command denied to user 'kourent1_test'@'localhost' for table 'xbtit_settings'

WHAT IS IT?

The answer is in the error, Your database user doesn't have sufficient permissions to use SELECT on that table. Check your MySQL user permissions, ensure it has permissions on that table.
