in the link its called 2.08 and you named it 3.0

I named it 3.0 so it wouldnt get confused with 2.8. and the project is is hosted at github, not sourceforge, thats an old link, but either way, I named it that way because it works under php 7+ and 2.8 does not. Its basically the same with new code to operate correctly. Thats all, simple reason for simple things.

I just pointed in the link its another name, hehe.. And that might confuse others.
