Creating a new Torrent Website

Hi

I want to create a torrent website. i need help in creating one. can anybody tell me what are the requirement for creating a Torrent Tracker.

You need a lot :D

1. Hosting (for trackers)
2 Source (downloadable from here)
3 Upload the source on the server
4 Install & import SQL
5 Done
