& my torrent file names appear like this after downloading from tracker

& reg users not able to browse torrents & from where to set users profiles powers

you first question is why you have to keep logging in.
Well this is a forum problem you need to Finnish settings
Up the forum goto the admin panel and then Security setting
Allow persistent logins:
Determines whether users can autologin when they visit the board
Persistent login key expiration length (in days):
Number of days after which persistent login keys are removed or zero to disable.
