All torrents is red
 

Hi guys, from this morning all my torrents on seedbox and uTorrent is red
know someone had the same problem and there was a thread on the forum about it but can't find the right one.

TT version: 2.0.8 (moded and works in PHP 7)
VPS, Centos 7 internal torrents (no public)

• Apache version: Apache/2.4.54
• PHP version: 7.4.30
• MySQL version: 10.4.26-MariaDB

Help is needed ASAP

Use the "ann_sqlerr" function from the U232 engine and put it in the "announce.php" file at the end of the SQL queries. It will print the error or save it to a "txt" file.

Can you be a little more specific please, U232 is not my "home" plane...

This answer won't help you much, but the output from your client only says that the response from the tracker could not be understood because it was not properly bencode'd.

I have seen this when the client does not use TLS 1.3 and the tracker does. Also, when there is an sql or php error and the tracker response is an error.

To track this down, you need to log php and sql errors.

the thing is it has been working for several months (maybe a year) without showing the error. It just happened overnight and everything turned red.

Will it be difficult to fix it?

Without knowing more, I couldn't say.

If the site is yours, are other users experiencing the same thing? If it's not, try another client.

Out of curiosity should announce be http I noticed a few block port 443 like unit3d never experienced issue with https myself

If cloudflare uses tls and the client doesn't that many bad calls would trigger some kind of issue like modsecurity for example

Looked at issue and I thought ip ban at first but it seems like bad connection - if it was code then you would of experienced before unless something change like php, sql version

I asked him to send error back to client utorrent showed error but seedbox did not

yes it is my site and all my customers have experienced the same problem as me.

I have tried all the instructions from M-Jay and finally one of many has helped me a lot.

Because I have installed one of those old codes (TBDV) on my test tracker on the same server and it worked flawlessly and we ruled out that there was no error in the server settings (such as firewall, port and IP blocking). Then we drew help from this announcement and mixed it with TT.

M-Jay made some changes to it and now it works, but we need more changes so we make it more secure because I have db data on the announce file and numbers of seeders/leechers/complete are not the right ones
