Where's your domain?
Either your domain has not propagated yet,
Or you announce is setup wrong and needs to be setup with the domain that you gave the link for.
When you did the setup did you put in a domain name like mysite.com, or did you put in the http://66.7.217.171/~wickedaw/ ??

rite click on the .torrent file and open with note pad and tell me the announce url in it.
