There is a fairly well known vulnerability within torrentstrike,whereby a malicious user can gain complete control, not just of therunning software, but the whole server. of course this allows a user touse your server as part of a bot-net, spamming mechanism, warez dump oranything else the user wishes. Not least is the ability to wipe any orall of the host machine.

I have had this reported to me several times now and is listed invarious vulnerability databases. Whilst this has nothing to do withTBDev.net, there are several users who do use it, so for their benefitI post this here.

Please cease usage until this is patched. The author can be contacted at the relevant sites.
