hi i wan to make a tracker site.

i have xampp installed and next i think is to download a template tracker from here ... what tracker recomand to me , most important to be in security.

when I finalize with the tracker install on my PC for tests and configurations next will talk for a good hosting.. even if i have to pay for host my tracker.

The tracker i wan to be en Spanish OR English, one of them...

sorry 4 my bad english.

pd: I speak perfect spanish.
