Payment using Paypal without an account.
 

Paypal has the option to pay without an account using VISA, anyone tried that using a VCC before? would it work?

where did you hear or read something like this?
i dont think you can do that, i know you must make an account and add a card to it

try going to any website with a paypal checkout and try buying a product/service, when they ask you to login to paypal there will be an option on the page "No paypal account?" when you click that they will just ask you to enter your details and credit card number.
