I'm looking for a server to open a torrent site... Can someone advice on any?

A friend advised on this one but I can't read or understand it. Can someone help?

Hi guys... i wish to move my tracker to a better (but cheap) host any ideeas? what i need? (dedicated servers it's expensives for me...) i using servage for at 6 months without big problem , just few exceptions :S but here if i have more then 3000 peers the host block the connection to the tracker.

So. i think early on this summer i have to make a decision to move somewhere better place. I think i wish to pay 15euros/mth for a new host.

At servage i am paying 50 euros/6 mth

ps. i have a kimsufi seedbox but with a just 2GB ram and 1.2Ghz can i use that (just like localhost?)

phogo , leaseweb pretends that It doesn't allow torrent hosting , but they don't mind unless you have a dedicated server .

I don't think that any company can allow illegal torrent hosting in public , but they really do.
