Worth to create new tracker?

Well i like to mod/do tracker but i dont want to waste cash on it if i wont get returned somehow... i am thinking if its still possible to make some cash with it just because there is so many trackers online and because i saw an message that trackers will be soon shot down from scene, some "Euro news or from france dont know exactly"...

There are many trackers...too many :-)
