No! i use "Yuna Scatari v2.2 PRE7 By kp380lv"! I test on 000webhost.com because don't work on my localhost. I understand that 000webhost runs on *nix.

All other users all works fine...just for you it not works. Ho wit can be huh!? I think u do something wrong....
