Go to init.php and find:

Upload these two files, stdhead goes in the TBDev folder inside the themes folder.
The other I inserted into the russian language folder, you can make your own but its hard to translate to change the language in settings.

Maybe I can get with Fyn about adding a translator for each individual post and even the entire forum based on selecting a flag of your choice.
For now, if you type your language properly, I can use google translate.

I never really looked at this source but I would say check and make sure that all folders are unrar and make sure there is not a folder inside a folder (this happens some times when you unrar folders)
