MySql help!

i get this message when i am going to start import:

Start from the beginning (DROP the old tables before restarting)

First you need to go localhost/phpmyadmin

Login in phpmyadmin.

Then create new database example -> yse

Then write in adress bar -> localhost/install

And click next,next when runs installator and at the beggining in installation wizard where ask enter your databse name -? use -> yse <- who you created with phpmyadmin

it is a webhost which i uploaded to.. it is impossible to create a new database.. :/

bullshit! when i hosted my tracker i use my method on webhost too;) Try this on webhost! Go to your cpanel and phpmyadmin. And create new db! Thats all.

i solved the problem.. the webhost didn't update the mysql thingy.. it was version 3.x

i got another question,
how do i fix smtp? my webhost has that in the contract that i have smtp.
