Need help in building a tracker
 

I wish to build a tracker and i dont know how to....i mean with the little knowledge of html and css i have.I have no knowledge of php at all.

can somebody help me building a tracker that can be seeded by seedbox(has to be private tracker because seedboc host dont seed opentracker,or do they?)
I want to make use of the torrents site i am already member of.

i want to bulit something like the new demonoid beta.i dont want to copy them though. i new theme :D
