My sourc ir windows-1251 but i translate it to latvian, and i need UTF-8 code... Host i can change code??? :sos: :sos: :sos:

if you mean you want to change teh character encoding of the site then add a meta content type tag to the header function of the site therefore informing browsers to render pages using UTF8 encoding
