http error 406

I have a problem with a source tbdev or with host
I bought the host from http://bvlist.com/hosting/4323-space...-offshore.html

when someone tries to downloading a torrent in utorrent apear http error 406

I tried different sources but same result
I tried the same script on other webhost and working ok

I got in touch with the people in support and said he is from. httacess

Please Help Me

I deleted but still same error :(
