FAQ error

I can not add FAQ Here is the error ..

Code:

maybe who knows what is here?

did anyone tried using the faq( faq.php and the manage plugin for faq ) from 5.4 on 5.6 ?

Same error with me tsse 5.6 nightcrawler version i ve tried wdw's 5.6 faq it's same

Tis one is from 5.4

and works great
