Upload stats on 5.1
 
OK, someone tell me how to set default upload to lets say 1GB on 5.1?

When someone register for a site they get 0GB of upload. I got a question how to set that up and it's driving me crazy, i can't find it. I changed uploaded stats from 0 to 10737418240 in SQL but it doesn't work!
Help? :( IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!
