IRC Announce

Hey guys,
how do you get IRC announce to work with TorrentStrike?

we have a torrentstrike and want a bot to announce new torrents and users in the IRC channel.

not sure if there is something like this posted at tbdev .

im sure there is at least 1 irc announce bot posted over there though

Nothing like digging up a old thread, but anyone ever get this working in the end? or find a .tcl which works?
