Problem (local Peer Discovery)

How to fix this problem: ( local Peer Discovery ) (not allowed)
In utorrent allowed to other sites work well.

talking about Yuna Scatari v2.0 PRE7 RC2.1

I have 40 torrents active in my client and none have that thing allowed.

that is a setting in utorrent

yea but even if i enable that in all my torrents it shows Not allowed :)
