i was looking for bittme.net and it basically indexes torrents.
as in , we can post torrents form different sites and it does have a tracker.

any idea which script is this?

it looks like tbdev to me ...there are many other tracker sources which can index external torrents, example: phpMy BitTorrent - Bravo List

i need something where i can add torrents from different trackers.
