[TSSE5.1] Arrange torrents according to seeders/leechers

Hi, how do i set my TSSE5.1 tracker to allow users to click the arrow up and down arrow in the browse.php so users can see the amount of seeders/leechers in either ascending or descending order.

You can do this on the browse bottom right
