Reset password on V3

Hello guys and sorry for bothering you again with my dumb questions... I'm trying to recover my password on U232-V3. I'm entering my email address, then I click on the symbol, then I'm entering my secret answer, clicking Next, and after I'm filling those fields with my new password and clicking "Change it!", I'm getting this error:

invalid hash

Can someone help me?

Sorry mate, I know this reply isn't helpful, but is there any errors in error.log on your webserver? if there is, post it here and someone will try they're best to assist you :)

its because you may be using an none default theme . IF you leave your theme to 1 as default it will all work.
