Sos urgent pls help

Hello there i am trying to add a new user group Owner but when i do i cant edit any users but when im staff leader i can and ive copyed how Staff leader is setup but still no joy

pls help :(

You can create new usergroup simple through your control panel!! No trouble. Simply go to usergroups link on your left and than click on the ADD NEW GROUP link!
