Help install Options by TSUE

can you be more clear?? is it the shoutbox or other plugins???

Thas is recommanded by staff plugin an options button must also be installed or activated as you would with the arrow, but I don't know how!

it is already activated as i see ...! how?? it is red color; meaning activated while if it is orange then it is disabled or not activated..! but i don't think this is what you are asking -------> i'm guessing you want it shown and can be used to shout by you and your staff or other users..! is this correct???

to use the plugin you have to be able to edit it there has to be the edit sign next to it otherwise you can't enter anything there has to be the little wheel also be "option" as well as the plugin where the arrow is pointing
