someone should know soucescode of this and if possible to use as tracker / bit-torrents?

is it possible to have soucecode in english, had it setup and runnig tracker in no time?

this is datalife engine with xbt tracker, source code costs 90$ for xbt mod and 70$ for datalife engine itself.
