The uploaded torrent file is invalid! & Cant Open Home Page

Hello.
I have two problems through installation of TSUE FM 2.2

First Problem is that after installation with all instructions ok i had to disable online users module & last 24 hours online members to open site!

Second Problem is that when i try to upload torrent says : The uploaded torrent file is invalid!

any help? :sos:
