Trackers Problem

so lets get it right you upload a torrent file and it dont seed and shows as another announce?

if private torrent create with your trackers announce then upload to the site
now redownload to add your passkey to seed
without re downloading the torrent to check and seed wont work unless external tracked

what error give you the torrent client (utorrent) from the pics i can't observe
