TS v 5.6 Problem with Seeding

Have Install TS 5.6 and everything works so far but have tried and uploaded a Torrent but it shows 0 seeders and 0 leechers.
What is wrong with this?
Someone can help me with this?

Yes i have follow all the setup.
Have install this 3 times but is just like all the times.

first what server (host) you using if you give details of your server members could be able to help you, does the torrent go red if so look on tracker and see if there is any errors post back information

My Webhost's are Fastname in Norway.
Torrent turned red yesterday and I deleted it today and put it up again and then show the green, but without Seedere or something and then not update the tracker with some of what I do.
Looking for someone who can make a new installation so that this is correct. I Will Pay for it
