Tracker error?

A problem in utorrent when somebody downloads from me a torrent.
Failure: Connection limit exceeded! You may only leech from one location at a time.
Got any idea?

hmm now I'm remembering my horrifying experience with 3.1
some of these options don't ever work right except on the install so if ON/OFF don't do much or they were flipped Yes is a No and No is a yes

Maybe a cache refresh will do the trick?
In 3.1 version worked for me ...
